I chose tomato egg vermicelli soup written by Namiko Hirasawa Chen. The type of this recipes is soup. That website is Just One Cookbook. The reason why I chose this recipe is because I've never cooked a dish with vermicelli before. So, I chose this recipe to try a new dish.



☀️Description/summary of my experience

It was very easy to collect the ingredients used in the recipe. They were all materials that could be bought at any supermarket, so it was not difficult to collect them. In addition, the recipe was very easy to understand, and the video was well captured at hand, so it was easy to understand how to cut it. I have changed the content of the recipe. The recipe says to use green onions, but I don't really like green onions. So, instead of that, I added komatsuna to increase the color and nutritional value.

・Strength

I think the strength of this recipe is that it is very easy to make. I was able to make this dish in just 10 minutes. So, even when you want to add another dish to your menu or on a day when it's troublesome to cook, you can easily make it.

・Weakness

I think the weakness of this recipe is that the amount of seasoning used is large. It is because it was a little salty when I ate that dish. Therefore, I recommend that you taste it and season it to your liking before eating.

I never got tired of reading this article. It is because the cooking videos were short and easy to understand. It helped me cook exactly. In addition, it was written how to store the dish and how long it would last, so I was able to eat it deliciously even after cooking.

This recipe was very delicious and easy to make. My family likes vermicelli dishes, so I would like to recommend them. I learned the importance of responding to resourcefulness from this recipe. If there is a food I don't like in the recipe, I thought it was important to think of a solution that would preserve the color and taste of the food.
